World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches across the region. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide clients in financial decisions, and assist with loan applications and closings.

Daily duties include processing payments, deposits, and document preparation while maintaining accuracy and strong branch relationships. This role requires travel between branches and a dependable vehicle.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches, filling in for open or short-staffed positions.
• Guide customers toward responsible financial choices and build customer relationships.
• Process loan applications, documents, renewals, and payments accurately.
• Prepare and execute loan closings and balance cash drawer daily.
• Handle daily deposits and, when needed, transport funds between branches.
• Support tax services and help build tax clientele.
• Maintain company standards and collaborate with Branch Managers to meet goals.
