Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Occupational Therapist (State) licensed
• One year in occupational therapy (desirable)
• Master Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/family occupational therapy needs across age groups.
• Maintain documentation on patient treatments.
• Address educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; apply knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
