Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex integrations, translating objectives into functional outcomes.
- Develop functional requirement specifications with process flows and data mappings.
- Collaborate with architects and integration teams to define MuleSoft-based patterns.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform impact analysis across upstream and downstream systems.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
