Job summary

Purple Drive LLC is seeking a MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design and implement APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will develop RESTful and SOAP services, data transformations, and reusable integration components.

Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and application teams to ensure secure, scalable, and well-governed integrations. On-site in Addison, TX with deployment responsibilities across CloudHub/Runtime Fabric or on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing REST/SOAP APIs and integration services.
• Strong DataWeave transformations across JSON, XML, CSV, and flat-file formats.
• Experience with API-led connectivity and System/Process/Experience APIs.
• Proficiency in API specifications using RAML or OpenAPI.
• Experience with Anypoint API Manager and API lifecycle governance.
• Hands-on Mule connectors and common integration patterns.
• Experience deploying in CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-prem Mule runtimes.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, TLS/SSL and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and workflows.
• Create RESTful and SOAP services integrating enterprise apps, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Develop Mule flows, DataWeave, connectors, and reusable integration components.
• Maintain API specifications using RAML/OpenAPI and publish assets via Anypoint Exchange.
• Apply API-led connectivity across System, Process, and Experience layers.
• Implement security policies and API governance across services.
• Deploy Mule applications in CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-prem environments.
• Build and maintain MUnit tests and support end-to-end testing and performance validation.
• Collaborate with architects, BA, QA, DevOps, and app teams across the SDLC.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analyses.
• Maintain technical docs, deployment procedures, and runbooks.
• Support production releases and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Mentor teammates and share MuleSoft best practices.
