Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a skilled IT professional with deep experience in API Management, Mulesoft, and gateway security to support and enhance enterprise APIs. The role emphasizes hands-on gateway configuration, REST API standards, and collaboration across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have Linux scripting and networking knowledge, plus experience with Redis, New Relic, Postman, and incident management tools, enabling proactive monitoring and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5 years in IT industry
• Hands-on experience with APIM gateway (Mulesoft Flex gateway and Anypoint platform) for 1-2 years
• Experience in technical support focusing on gateway features: security, rate limit, routing, certificates, TLS & MTLS with any API gateway
• Experience in API Management and REST APIs with RAML and OAS standards
• Proven experience developing/testing enterprise integration APIs using Mulesoft API Manager
• Understanding and hands-on with Salesforce Experience Hub API CatalogPortal
• Linux, scripting, and networking knowledge (about 2 years)
• Knowledge of Redis servers, Linux servers, New Relic dashboard, Postman, ServiceNow or similar incident management tool
• Strong communication skills across teams and business
• Knowledge of GitHub; GitHub Actions is a plus
• Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
