Job summary

Road & Rail Services is seeking an experienced Composite Locomotive Repairman willing to relocate to Mulberry, Florida. The on-site operation will focus on inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of diesel locomotives with occasional travel to other locations.

This full-time role requires hands-on locomotive repair experience, with relocation assistance available. Mulberry, FL will be your primary work location, and you may travel periodically to support projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on locomotive repair experience.
• Experience with diesel locomotive systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Welding and fabrication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting and troubleshooting diesel locomotives
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues
• Performing scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance
• Repairing locomotive components and assemblies
