Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience with drilling tools is strongly preferred but not required.

• Ability to speak, read, and write the English language fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble mud motors used in drilling operations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure safe handling of components.
• Learn to operate torque units safely and effectively.
• Under supervision, dismantle motors and prepare service reports with correct part identification.
