Micron Technology is seeking a Deviation & Yield Tail Yield Analysis Engineer to lead efforts identifying and resolving yield loss mechanisms across high-volume Boise fabrication.

As a Deviation & Yield Tail Yield Analysis Engineer, you will lead efforts to identify, characterize, and resolve yield loss mechanisms that impact manufacturing performance. This role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced analytics, AI-enabled tools, failure analysis, and model-based problem solving to uncover root causes, drive corrective actions, and deliver sustainable yield improvement across high-volume manufacturing operations.
