Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Ski & Ride School Supervisor to help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for both guests and employees. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the Mt. Ellen Ski & Ride School, including private lessons, group lessons, and seasonal programs. The ideal candidate is an effective leader who is passionate about guest service, employee development, and fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
This is a three-day-per-week supervisory position, with required and guaranteed shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, running from December 11, 2026, through March 28, 2027. Candidates interested in full-time seasonal employment may have the opportunity to instruct on up to two additional days per week, based on lesson demand and business needs. Compensation is based on experience and certification level with a pay range of $20-$27/hour.
