Qualifications

• MSW required.

Responsibilities

• Provide social work and case management support to low-income immigrant clients.
• Assess needs and develop service plans for healthcare, housing, and other services.
• Assist clients in accessing healthcare, SNAP, and government benefits.
• Provide advocacy and follow-up with providers and agencies.
• Offer Mandarin interpretation as needed and maintain confidentiality.
