Job summary

Hospice Home Care in White Hall, AR is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide emotional support, counseling, and resource coordination for patients facing terminal illness. You will collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or BSW accredited by CSWE, current licensure, hospice experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) accredited by CSWE or Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) accredited by CSWE
• Minimum of 1 year experience in health care; hospice experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Current licensure to practice in state of operation
• Must be a licensed driver with a vehicle in good working order

As a Social Worker You will:

Qualifications

• A graduate of a master’s program in social work (MSW) accredited by the Council on Social Work Education OR A graduate of a bachelor’s program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Meets personnel qualifications stated in §418.114(b)(3).

• Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in health care, hospice experience preferred. Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying.

• Experience in a hospice care preferred.

• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.

• Current licensure according to Medicare guidelines to practice in state of operation.

• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
