Redmond Assured Home Health, a part of LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group family, is hiring a Social Worker – Per Diem. You will provide medical social services under physician supervision and work with an interdisciplinary team to address social and emotional factors affecting patients' health and coping strategies.

Required: MSW with WA licensure or Agency Affiliated Counselor credential; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; CPR preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work
• WA Driver's License and access to a vehicle or reliable transit
• Preferred: 1+ year of social work experience in healthcare; CPR certification

• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as part of the care team

As the Social Worker – Per Diem, provides medical social services under the direction of a physician and Interdisciplinary Group to assist in the understanding of significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health status and in development of coping mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work

Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation

Additional State Specific Requirements:

WA: If not licensed as a social worker, Agency Affiliated Counselor credential is required.

Preferred Qualification:

1+ years of social work experience in a health care setting

Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire

Licensed Social Worker in the state of Washington

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $36.70 to $55.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
