Job summary

All For Kids in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated MSW Intern Program Coordinator to build and oversee a robust internship program within Magnolia Place. You will recruit, mentor, and coordinate student interns, while aligning university partnerships with agency needs.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, CA licensure, and 2–3 years of direct service with children and families, plus supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• CA LCSW licensure required.
• 2–3 years direct service experience with children, adolescents and families.
• 1–2 years supervising student interns (preferred).
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the MSW intern program at Magnolia Place.
• Mentor and supervise interns; liaise with university partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with agency policies.

MSW Intern Program Coordinator

Location:

Magnolia Place

Pay:

$87,000/Annually

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• LCSW licensure in CA
• 2-3 years direct service/social work experience with children, adolescents, and families
• 1-2 years supervising student interns (preferred)
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong clinical writing, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of LA County DMH service delivery
• Familiarity with CSWE core competencies and university Learning Agreement requirements
• Experience conducting evaluations or working with academic partners/faculty liaisons
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding agency operations, personnel, and clients
