Job summary

MHY Family Services is seeking licensed and pre-licensed clinicians for its Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. The role offers a hybrid schedule with paperwork done from home, and optional office space.

Small teams and caseloads enable high-quality work within a supportive, non-profit culture. We foster growth with licensure supervision valued at $500/month, leadership coaching, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in youth direct care services.
• Must have Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances.
• PA driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• PA licensure preferred or required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide MST-based therapy to youth and families.
• Work within small teams to maintain quality care.

Must be 21 years of age with current Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances. Current PA state drivers license with an insurable driving record required. Must possess demonstrated PC skills including common MS Office applications. PA licensure preferred. Additional training or licensing as required by regulations, or as deemed necessary by the CEO or Director.
