TTEC Digital is seeking an MSP Sr. Developer to join our AWS Partner Practice. This remote role is based in the United States and focuses on owning, operating, and continuously improving AWS-based solutions for multiple clients over the long term.

You will lead a small team of 3–4 developers, coordinate with a project/service manager and Technical Account Managers, manage incidents, changes, and proactive infrastructure enhancements, and contribute to MSP best practices and tooling.

Formación

• 7+ years of development experience with a strong focus on Node.js/TypeScript and AWS services.
