Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to investment sourcing, due diligence and portfolio monitoring by reviewing materials, meeting with fund managers, and assessing performance.
  • Create and update financial analyses for the secondaries process (e.g., fund pricing analyses, comparable valuations, LBO models, return projections with sensitivity analyses, track record analyses).
  • Produce and update secondary-specific marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams (technology, data/systems, marketing, sourcing, business planning).

Overall, the Team has invested over $30bn across over 1,300 opportunities, as of December 31, 2025.DESCRIPTION:The Team is seeking candidates, preferably with previous experience at investment banks, consulting firms, private equity firms, or private equity fund of funds for an Associate position on our Private Equity Solutions team, focused on secondaries investments, predominately LP-led.Investment professionals at the Associate level work closely with senior investment professionals on 3-4 person deal teams and are responsible for investment analysis, research, and investment process management. The private markets program spans asset classes from venture capital to leveraged buyouts.
