Iovance Biotherapeutics is seeking an MSAT Specialist to join our Manufacturing Operations team. You will serve as a subject matter expert for cell therapy processes, own parts of tech transfer, and contribute to deviation analysis while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, documenting protocols, training operations staff, and performing hands-on MSAT lab work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• 1 year of hands-on operations experience in clinical or commercial life sciences.
• Expertise in cell culture and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of GMP systems in manufacturing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent MSAT during cross-functional meetings as SME.
• Serve as MSAT POC for clinical manufacturing escalations and PIP at CMOs.
• Oversee manufacturing operations and quality documentation.
• Execute technology transfer and train manufacturing personnel.
• Translate development reports to batch records and SOPs.
• Analyze manufacturing process data to identify improvements.
