Qualifications

• PhD with 0–1+ years in biopharma analytics or related field.
• MS with 3+ years in analytical development for biologics.
• BS with 6+ years in pharma/biotech analytical development.

Responsibilities

• Execute cell-based assays and immunoassays to assess potency, activity, and impurities in late-stage programs and lifecycle management.
• Develop and optimize analytical methods (cell-based assays, ELISA, flow cytometry) for MSAT projects and tech transfer.
• Perform method qualification and transfer in/out of the department.
• Support sample stability studies with analytical leads and stakeholders.
• Independently design and execute complex experiments under supervision and discuss results.
