Job summary

Brio Group seeks a Senior Manager, MSAT Product Knowledge Steward to act as the scientific steward for small-molecule products, preserving, integrating, and communicating knowledge across the lifecycle from development to commercial manufacturing.

The role requires organizing complex technical information into high‑quality documentation and guiding technology transfer to CMOs, ensuring accurate transfer of product and process understanding for commercial operations.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Chemistry or related science.
• 7+ years pharma experience, incl 3–5 years in small‑molecule process development, API MSAT, or manufacturing support.
• Working knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with late-stage development, technology transfer, process validation, or lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of assigned products, including formulation, CPPs, CQAs, and control strategies.
• Coordinate technical experts across functions to capture product knowledge.
• Author and maintain product knowledge packages to support technology transfer and site readiness.
• Lead knowledge gap assessments for tech transfer and launch readiness, driving closure with GMP and QA/CMC stakeholders.
• Support inspection readiness by ensuring technical knowledge is documented and traceable.
