Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies seeks a System Administrator for MSAT applications to own and optimize analytics and real-time monitoring using SIMCA-online, TIBCO Statistica, and PAT. This hands-on role ensures validated, secure, high-availability GxP systems across global manufacturing environments.

The on-site position at the Holly Springs, NC facility collaborates with QA/CSV, IT, and Operations to sustain continuous improvement, incident management, and audit readiness in ALCOA+ data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in MSAT systems administration or historian applications including SIMCA-online, TIBCO Statistica, synTQ, AspenTech, and/or historian platforms.
• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration; PowerShell scripting; SQL Server/Oracle fundamentals.
• Experience with OSIsoft PI/AVEVA, OPC UA/DA, DCS/SCADA, MES, LIMS/ELN, and API/file-based integrations.
• Knowledge of cGxP, data integrity (ALCOA+), CSV, GAMP 5, CSA; ITIL-based change/incident/process management.

Responsibilities

• Platform ownership and reliability for MSAT analytics and PAT platforms.
• Integrations with DCS/SCADA, historians, MES, LIMS/ELN, and APIs; manage data governance.
