Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an MSSQL DBA in Chandler, AZ on-site to install, configure and administer Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring health, availability and performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring, backups, DR, HA, security, patching and query optimisation, with exposure to automation and scripting. SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid experience administering MS SQL Server environments.
• Experience with SQL Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Strong T-SQL skills and query optimisation.
• Experience with high availability like Always On and DR.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and administer Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Monitor database health and performance.
• Perform backups, restore and DR activities.
• Manage Always On, Replication, and Log Shipping.
• Analyse slow queries and execution plans.
• Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks and corruption.
• Implement security and user access controls.
• Patch, upgrade and migrate SQL Server.
• Support automation and oss initiatives.

Job Title: MSSQL DBA

Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and administer Microsoft SQL Server environments
• Monitor database health, availability and performance
• Perform database backup, recovery, refreshes and disaster recovery activities
• Manage High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Always On, Replication, Log Shipping, Mirroring
• Analyse and optimise slow‑running queries, indexes and execution plans
• Troubleshoot blocking, deadlocks, performance issues and database corruption
• Implement database security, user management and compliance controls
• Perform SQL Server patching, upgrades and migrations
• Support database automation and operational excellence initiatives
