Central Bucks School District seeks a Special Education Teacher - Learning Support for a long term per diem substitute position at Tohickon Middle School. The candidate will plan and deliver instruction to students with special needs, aligned to PA standards.

Requirements include a PA Special Education 7-12 certificate and a bachelor’s degree. Training on crisis prevention will be provided; position available Oct 26, 2026 through Nov 30, 2026, with 90-day provisional employment under ACT 168.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and PA Special Education 7-12 certification (content area certificate required for issuance).
• Bachelor's Degree and PA Special Education PK-12 (certificate discontinued 8/31/2013/content area certificate required).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, direct and deliver instruction to students in special needs classes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of content and Pennsylvania Academic Standards.
• Utilize crisis prevention techniques/strategies (including restraint as last resort) for students in IEPs.
• Training will be provided via CBSD.
