Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Possession of valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of one to three years of successful teaching experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Command of learning theory, motivation, reinforcement and feedback techniques.
• Successful results of criminal and employment background check.
• Effective instructional delivery techniques and excellent communication skills.
• Adherence to CSUSA Code of Ethics and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements instruction aligned with CSUSA philosophy and courses.
• Develops lesson plans and maximizes learning time with diverse strategies.
• Presents material clearly and uses real-world examples.
• Maintains accurate student records and tracks progress.
• Communicates with parents, staff and administration regularly.
• Participates in curriculum planning and materials selection.
• Prepares students for state required assessments.
• Contributes to school culture and teamwork.
