Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of successful teaching experience.
• Understanding of learning theory, motivation, reinforcement, evaluation, and feedback techniques.
• Effective instructional delivery techniques and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SIS, and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement instruction aligned with CSUSA philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Create engaging lesson plans and maximize time on task.
• Present material using real-world examples to maximize learning opportunities.
• Maintain accurate student records and assess student progress regularly.
• Use varied instructional modalities and differentiated instruction.
• Coordinate class field trips and prepare students for state assessments.
