Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in the Miami, FL area to execute our strategic territory plan by delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to neurologists, MS clinics, and specialty centers.

You will use approved promotional and clinical resources to drive product adoption and market share within the assigned geography. You will develop relationships with key opinion leaders, analyze prescribing trends, and coordinate with infusion centers and specialty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of documented pharmaceutical sales experience, with quota attainment.
• 3+ years of direct sales in Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales experience and buy-and-bill knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with neurologists, clinics, and health systems.
• Execute territory plans using data-driven insights and prescribed messaging.
• Engage in evidence-based dialogue on disease state education and therapy differentiation.
• Maintain CRM records and reports in compliance with policies.
• Navigate distribution channels and collaboration with office staff to support patient access.
