Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 F&O lead to design and deliver cloud-based ERP solutions for clients, focusing on finance and supply chain transformations. You will guide teams, translate business needs into system design, and collaborate with functional and technical consultants across Deloitte's network.

You’ll engage with CFOs and business leaders, drive workshops, support pre-sales, and stay current on new Dynamics 365 features, data models, and ISV integrations to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead.
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O.
• Experience in business requirements documentation & design documentation.
• Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Client development and sales experience (RFPs and SOWs).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work you'll do

• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for your clients.
• Work with your clients to understand their business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements.
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation.
• Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte.
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Client development and sales experience (producing RFPs and SOWs, presenting at client orals)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
