Responsibilities

• Interact with other team members professionally and courteously.
• Be on time and in proper uniform.
• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
• Clean equipment used in the kitchen.
• Unload and stock deliveries.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Take out and rinse garbage cans and linen baskets.
• Support other staff members by assisting with other tasks such as prepping and dating food items.
• Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
• Ensure all equipment used in the dish area is functional and stocked with chemicals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is a plus, but not needed.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures and have all up-to-date certifications required.
