You will manage an patient panel with acute and chronic conditions, order diagnostics, prescribe interventions, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, while educating patients and families. Telework eligibility and full-time schedule apply.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed independent NP with national certification.
• Experience in neurology or MS care preferred.
• Provides education to patients and families.

Aufgaben

• Independently manages a panel of patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Orders and interprets labs, tests, and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
• Initiates referrals to specialty services.
