BASIC FUNCTION:
Brother to Brother sponsors will lead, develop, and inspire high achieving male students of color by coordinating and implementing operations, activities, and curriculum designed to increase the number of students who successfully complete middle school and graduate from both high school and college. In addition, sponsors, using district-developed curriculum and activities, will work to encourage students to make positive life choices, improve behavior, achieve academic success, and become leaders in their schools and communities. Finally, Brother to Brother sponsors embrace continuous improvement and learning through their commitment to attend a variety of training and professional development sessions as required.
