• Demonstrated ethical standards in sportsmanship and relationships with students.
• Ability to communicate with parents/guardians and school staff about problems or emergencies at events.
• Knowledge of school policies and CIF athletics policies.

• Help arrange playing schedules.
• Perform or assist in all coaching responsibilities for the position.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings as specified by OAL.
