JOB SUMMARY

The Scientist and Engineer labor category is comprised of Analysts,Engineers,and Scientists with knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. Specific knowledge and expertise may be required in specialized engineering fields.

Education And Experience

• Level 4 - This skill level requires over 10 years of experience and a master s degree in the applicable discipline. This skill level typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. This skill level may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Security Clearance And Other Requirements

• Must have a minimum of an active U.S. TOP SECRET clearance and be subject to a government security investigation.
• Driving or renting a car for company business is expected with some frequency. For insurance purposes,a valid driver s license is required.
• Do you have the ability to pass a background check to be granted access to the specific working location installation bases to perform work for GMRE? (Pertains to Technical Services positions)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
