Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Strong communication with suppliers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional partners across functions.
• Analytical thinking to identify and resolve material, supplier, and operational challenges.
• Leads employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.
• Knowledge of material planning, supplier collaboration, logistics, and manufacturing operations to support supply continuity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics planning analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing operations.
• Lead resolution of material flow and supply chain challenges while balancing priorities and minimizing disruption.
• Assess risks, prioritize competing business needs, and make timely decisions to support production and supply continuity.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier partners to mitigate disruptions and develop proactive solutions.
• Lead through challenging situations by managing conflict and maintaining composure in a dynamic environment.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Support performance management activities, including coaching and succession planning.
