Job summary

ElringKlinger in the United States seeks a Material Resource Planner to oversee SAP-based MRP control, material planning, procurement, production scheduling, and delivery planning.

You will act as the main liaison with customers, suppliers, and production stakeholders, drive master data accuracy, and support continuous improvements to meet KPIs and cost targets.

The role requires strong SAP experience, data integrity, and a hands-on approach to inventory control and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP-based MRP control, material planning and procurement.
• Manage production planning and scheduling, and delivery planning.
• Act as main contact to customers, suppliers and production stakeholders.
• Train and enhance SAP MRP Master Data knowledge for the team.
• Maintain inventory control according to standard processes and targets.
• Support KPIs measurement and cost achievement for supply chain.

Job description

• Responsible for Material Resource Planning, MRP Control, including the material planning and procurement, production planning and scheduling, customer service and delivery planning
• Main contact to stakeholder along the supply chain – customers, suppliers and production
• Responsible for regular trainings and skill enhancement on SAP – MRP – Master Data and transactions knowledge
• Responsible for Master Data accuracy in the system, for all data connected to Supply Chain activities
• Responsible for inventory control according to standard process, parameters and targets
• Contact for purchasing and sales for customer or supplier escalations
• Contact for finance and accounting for the processes of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Responsible for continuous improvements in dedicated areas
• Supporting to achieve the company goals and costs
• Responsible to measure and achieve the supply chain key performance indicators
• Other duties, as assigned
