Job summary

Pixelle Specialty Solutions seeks an MRO Repair & Reliability Specialist to manage end-to-end repairable materials, vendor repairs, warranties, and lifecycle cost. You will track repair progress, ensure OEM/mill standards compliance, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize reliability and availability.

You will collaborate with procurement, storeroom, operations, and external vendors to improve repair turnaround time and reduce total cost, while documenting repair

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in MRO, industrial maintenance, procurement, or repairable asset management.
• Experience with high-value mechanical components and repair vendors is preferred.
• Strong cost-management, vendor coordination, and project-management abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze repair costs and drive cost-saving decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for identifying and managing repairable MRO materials.
• Coordinate vendor repair cycles, testing, and warranty actions.
• Maintain repair history, costs, and inventory visibility in systems.
• Monitor turnaround times and drive improvements in reliability and cost.
• Develop KPIs and reports on repair performance, cost avoidance, and vendor quality.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Storeroom teams.
