Job summary

Sika is seeking an experienced MRO Specialist to join our Roofing team in Canton, MA. The role focuses on managing the inventory and lifecycle of spare parts, equipment and consumables, ensuring timely parts for maintenance PMs.

You will work Monday through Friday under the Maintenance Manager. The position offers an hourly wage of $35-$36, dependent on education, experience and qualifications. Join us to help maintain efficient, safe operations in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MRO parts and spare parts inventory.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain data integrity.
• Strong attention to receiving and storing items.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with production team and maintenance planner to monitor supplies.
• In charge of storeroom inventory control and parts stocking for PM jobs.
• Compile and record MRO parts.
• Assist in cycle counts and resolve count inaccuracies.
• Ensure items are received and stored correctly.
• Maintain inventory processes and data integrity.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Follow environmental policy and company practices affecting safety or property.
