Arconic is seeking an MRO Inventory Manager for Tennessee Operations in Alcoa, TN. This role reports the Storeroom BPO and ensures uninterrupted in-process materials through ERP and inventory management, coordinating internal distribution.

The successful candidate will work across functions to meet procurement standards and lead about 9 hourly employees across a three-shift operation to support production and material flow.

Job Summary:

This position reports the Storeroom Business Process Owner (BPO). This role is responsible for the ERP, Inventory Management, and internal distribution system. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives. The primary purpose is to ensure no downtime is encountered because of non-availability of in-process materials, manage the inventory and internal distribution system, and adhere to the Arconic procurement standards. This role leads approx. 9 hourly employees across a 3-shift operation.
