MRO General Stores is seeking a dedicated clerk for our Chattanooga site to support MRO part activities, data entry, and inventory paperwork. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and safety in both plant and office settings.

Expected hours include Friday and weekend shifts with start date as soon as possible. Strong English proficiency and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; benefits begin the first day of the month after start date.

Qualifications

• Analytical and conceptual thinking with logic and reasoning.
• Data entry and computer skills; MS Office required, SAP desired.
• Follow standardized work processes and maintain accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on quality.
• Team player with reliable attendance.
• Fluent English communication.
• Operate laptops, scanners, and other equipment; work in plant/office env.
• Exposure to moving parts, electrical/industrial equipment, and noise.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs; PPE required on shop floor.

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation for individual counts.

• Assist MRO part activities as directed by VW management.

• Enter issued materials into SAP; label parts with VW numbers.
• Transfer materials in SAP; support line-down material issues.
