Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America in Durham, NC, or Cibolo, TX, is seeking an MRO Buyer to manage purchasing for maintenance, repair and operations items. The role focuses on supporting cost, quality and delivery goals across cross-functional teams.

You will negotiate with suppliers, analyze cost-saving opportunities, and use Oracle/Microsoft Office to prepare documentation while understanding manufacturing processes to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• MRP knowledge and MRO purchasing experience are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read blueprints are expected.
• Ability to solicit/analyze proposals to achieve lowest total cost.
• Proficiency in creating and sharing documents using Oracle and MS Office.

• Generate/disseminate required documents through the use of Oracle, Microsoft Office, and related systems, and effectively communicate throughout.
