Job summary

Lumexa Imaging, Inc. in Charleston, SC, is hiring a registered MRI Technologist for a full-time role at a new outpatient imaging center opening December 2026.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a $15k sign-on. You will perform MRI examinations, ensure patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with radiologists and the clinical team.

ARRT-MR certification, CPR, IV skills, and strong cross‑sectional anatomy knowledge are required, with prior MRI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• IV certification/skills are required.
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI imaging principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations as ordered and per established protocols.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with emphasis on safety and comfort.
• Demonstrate strong MRI safety and imaging technique knowledge.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including IV administration when appropriate.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

Lumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is looking for a registered MRI Technologist for a full-time position in West Ashley, SC. As a registered MRI Technologist, you will perform high-quality scans while providing excellent customer care and service to patients.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of MRI safety, anatomy, and imaging techniques.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including IV administration when appropriate.
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical team members to deliver exceptional service and quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registered with advanced certification in MRI (ARRT-MR) required.
• Previous experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• IV certification/skills required.
• Strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI imaging principles.
