Job summary

CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking an MRI technologist to perform imaging procedures, position patients, and explain exams across neuro, body, and extremity MRI scans. You will enter data, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot equipment while maintaining patient safety and compliance.

Collaborate with radiologists and physicians, manage imaging supplies, and contribute to accurate documentation throughout the workflow in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Radiologic Technology program required.
• Certification from ARRT, NMTCB, ARMRIT, or equivalent upon hire.
• Proficient in anatomy identification on images and venous access procedures.
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety, protocols, and imaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures following radiologist protocols.
• Maintain MRI safety for patients and staff.
• Administer IV contrast and manage non-controlled meds as needed.
• Accurate documentation and proper image processing.
• Conduct equipment quality control and report malfunctions.

Responsible for preparing, positioning, and explaining exams to patients, including neuro, body, and extremity MRI scans. Enter data into imaging systems, perform quality control, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Acts as a liaison to physicians, supporting radiological needs and managing supplies.
