Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in Missouri is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging across MRI, CT, Mammography, and bone density for adult and pediatric patients. You will prepare patients and equipment, execute studies independently, including on-call and portable exams, and ensure quality control.

Responsibilities include imaging with minimal supervision, on-call/portable duties, and adherence to patient care protocols in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school training in radiologic technology.
• CPR and IV therapy certifications are preferred.
• 2+ years imaging experience is advantageous.

Role Overview

Seeking an MRI Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced modalities such as MRI, CT, Mammography, and Bone Density on adult and pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, including on-call and portable exams, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with minimal supervision.
• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging studies.
• Manage on-call and portable exams as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or trade school training in radiologic technology.
• Certifications such as RTR, CT, MR, or related licenses; IEMA certification for Illinois (excluding MRI).
• Preferred experience of 2+ years in imaging, with CPR and IV therapy certifications.
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and patient care protocols.

Additional Details

• Weekends with pay eligibility, 36 hours weekly, from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Call and holiday rotation required.
• Sign-on bonus of $5,000 for eligible applicants.
