Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Weekend MRI Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging on Saturdays and Sundays. This part-time weekend role involves 10-hour shifts and collaboration with radiologists and imaging staff.

You will perform MRI procedures with attention to patient safety and comfort, working with the imaging team to support accurate diagnoses and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program preferred.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required; OR MRI Registry-eligible with certification obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Current Indiana MRI Technologist License preferred; BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic MRI procedures with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and imaging staff to deliver accurate imaging.
• Ensure safe imaging practices and maintain quality standards for patient care.

Position Summary

As an MRI Technologist, you will perform high-quality diagnostic MRI procedures while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and exceptional service. You will work closely with radiologists, providers, and fellow imaging professionals to deliver accurate imaging that supports outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Education

• Completion of an accredited MRI Technologist program preferred.
• Advanced MRI certification through ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT required; OR
• MRI Registry-eligible with certification obtained within 12 months of hire.

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Indiana MRI Technologist License preferred.
• Current BLS Certification required.

Experience

• One year of current or recent MRI experience preferred.
• New graduates with strong clinical MRI training are encouraged to apply.
