Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an MRI technologist for a 13-week assignment in Traverse City, MI. You will operate Siemens MRI equipment, ensure patient safety and comfort, and document results while collaborating with radiologists and staff.

Schedule:

• Shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday
• Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Total: 34 – 38 hours per week
• Weekends: Required every weekend

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Valid ARRT(MR) credentials
• Demonstrated experience working with Siemens MRI systems
• Strong knowledge of MRI imaging protocols, patient positioning, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in a high-volume imaging environment is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for each patient, thoroughly explaining procedures and addressing concerns
• Accurately document patient information and maintain clear, detailed recordsAdhere to all regulatory standards and infection control policies
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, other technologists, and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive imaging services
• Maintain MRI suite cleanliness, equipment functionality, and supply inventory
