Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Tech to interpret scanning instructions, prepare patients, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.

The role requires ARRT certification, advanced MRI certification, state licensure, and 2+ years of MRI experience, with proficiency in Siemens/GE equipment and EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification required.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years MRI Tech experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment preferred.
• Experience with GE MRI equipment preferred.
• EPIC or EPIC Radiant experience preferred.
• Level II trauma experience preferred.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician scanning instructions and prepare patients for MRI procedures.
• Position patients and operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Jackson HealthPros is thrilled to welcome an experienced MRI Tech to our team to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.

Minimum Requirements

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• 24 months of current MRI experience
• Strong experience and proficiency using Siemens equipment
• Strong experience and proficiency using GE MRI equipment
• EPIC or EPIC Radiant experience
• Level II trauma experience
• Driver's License

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday
• 7a - 8a start - 3:30p/4:30p end
• 40 hrs/week
• Holiday rotation
• Call - one weeknight and one weekend every 10th weekend
• May be required to float across campuses
