Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Atlanta seeks an experienced MRI Tech to accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, prepare patients for MRI procedures, and operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images.

Required credentials include ARRT certification (MR), MRI advanced level certification, state licensure, and BLS, with a minimum of two years’ experience in a large hospital MRI setting. Shifts run 10:00 AM–8:30 PM, 40 hours weekly; on-call not required.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (MR) required.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• Experience in large hospital MRI environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician scanning instructions accurately.
• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images.
