Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Atlanta is seeking an experienced MRI Tech to accurately interpret physician instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, and expertly operate MRI scanners to generate diagnostic images. You will work onsite and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering high-quality results.

The role requires ARRT certification, MRI advanced level and state licensure, and a minimum of two years' experience.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required and current.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an MRI Technologist.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT (R)(MR) credential held.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician scanning instructions and acquire diagnostic MRI images.
• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures.
• Operate MRI scanner equipment to produce high-quality images.

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure
• 2 years' experience as an MRI Tech
• BLS certification
• ARRT (R)(MR)
• Experience with Siemens Aera 1.5T
• Experience installing Siemens Sola 1.5T
• Shift hours: 8p - 630a
• On-call: none
• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Parking: free
• Dress code: Dark Gray/Pewter scrubs
