Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
• Current ARRT MR certification or ARMRIT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Screen and position patients to ensure safety and image quality.
• Monitor patients during procedures for safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast agents when directed and per policy.
• Verify patient information and orders for accuracy.
• Maintain MRI equipment and report issues promptly.
• Adhere to MRI safety standards and infection control.
