Job summary

Lima Memorial Health System in Lima, OH is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to perform a range of MRI procedures, including neuro and body imaging, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.

The role requires on-call responsiveness within 60 minutes, flexible scheduling, and independent work within the radiology team. AMA-accredited radiology training and ARRT certification are expected, with MRI experience preferred.

Days: Sunday - Saturday

Hours/Pay Period: 48 hours Biweekly

On Call Requirement: Yes

Functioning within the Health System’s mission, values, objectives, policies and procedures, the MRI Tech performs a variety of MRI procedures, both invasive and non-invasive, that may require independent judgment. May be required to assume additional responsibilities for designated duties as assigned by Lead Tech.Responsibilities include an on-call response time required within sixty (60) minutes.

Education: Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) accredited radiology technology program.

Licensure/Certification: Certified registered technologist of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiology. ARRT registry in MRI strongly encouraged. BLS required.

Experience: MRI experience is preferred.
