A leading radiology company is seeking an MR Technologist in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This position involves providing excellent MRI services and patient care. Key responsibilities include screening patients before exams, performing MRI procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. Applicants must be ARRT registered and have suitable training to work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications
ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Training and experience to competently perform MRI procedures independently.
Responsibilities
Screens patients before exams using two patient identifiers.
Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures.
Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision.
Maintains positive relationships with radiologists and peers.
Accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System.
