Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Dallas area seeks a PRN MRI Technologist to perform routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging with venipuncture as needed. Assist Radiologist and nurses with sedation cases. Requires ARRT MR or ARRT(R) with plan to obtain MR license within 1 year of orientation.

Minimum education includes a radiologic technologist program graduate; BLS. PRN, as-needed days/evenings, with coverage Sunday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current ARRT(MR) certification.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year required.
• Or ARRT(R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT(MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation.
